Can I put my restaurant logo on your products?
In almost all cases, yes you can. Products that can be customized have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). You can ask your Customer Marketing Representative about customization options or find the minimum order quantity for specific products in our online catalog.
I would like to customize my program, but your minimum order quantity is too high. Can you provide a solution?
One of the advantages we offer our customers is our warehousing capabilities. We can warehouse your custom product for you and we’ll invoice you as your products are shipped. Contact your Customer Marketing Representative for more details.
Can I put my logo on your Licensed Properties?
In most cases, yes, but this needs to be approved by our licensor. Minimum order quantities will also apply.
Can you create unique characters for my kids’ meal program?
Yes, our in-house Creative Services Department can create your very own fun and unique characters to help promote your kids’ meal marketing program. We ask for a minimum order quantity of product purchased for this service.
How long does it take to produce custom products?
It takes approximately 8 to 16 weeks from client approval and is dependent on the specific product(s).

How much do I have to order to get a discount?
Our minimum order on any product is one case. If you order two or more cases of the same product you will receive a discount as indicated. Pricing for our customers ordering larger quantities of products is developed based on the specific customized product and program.
Products & Pricing
Our kids’ meal costs $3.00 and we are not sure we can afford including a kids’ meal marketing program with an activity, carton or toys. What would you suggest?
Our research shows that the majority of parents surveyed would pay more for a kids’ meal including a toy or an activity than for an identical meal without one. Remember that we’ll work with you to develop a kids’ meal marketing program that meets your business objectives and your budget requirements.
Can we order the products if we are in a different country?
Yes, you can order our products from anywhere in the world. We ship to over 70 countries.
How many individual pieces come in a case?
Check the individual product descriptions in our online catalog. Our toys, sacks and activities are packed 120 pieces per case, and cups and place mats are packed 250 and 500 pieces per case respectively.
We can customize case packs for large orders.
When is the new catalog coming out?
We produce our catalog quarterly, so be sure to look out for it the first of every quarter. We publish it on our website and mail it to our customers.
We are interested in different toys for boys and girls. Would you recommend good options for both groups?
Our research shows that our products are not gender-biased and appeal to both boys and girls. We’ve also learned through our clients that it’s operationally complex to offer separate toys or activities for boys and girls.
Are your products recyclable?
Yes, our paperboard packages, cups, sacks, and place mats are recyclable. We are constantly researching new manufacturing techniques and materials for eco-friendly alternatives.
Shipping
How is my shipment sent and when should I get my order?
Orders received by 2:00 PM (CT) M-F will usually ship the same day. All
orders under 200 lbs. are shipped via UPS Ground.We use a number of different shipping methods for international shipments. Contact a Customer Marketing Representative about more information or if you need special arrangements.
Can UPS deliver to a PO Box?
They cannot deliver to PO boxes in the USA; however, they can deliver to international PO boxes.
