Account Service Technician -Phone Sales (Job #2101)
Kid Stuff Marketing is looking for a full-time Account Service Technician to join our sales team working a flex schedule including Saturday hours. This position is responsible for sales and providing customer service on the phone to new and existing customers through the placement of outbound calls and handling inbound calls and processing orders.
The position’s primary focus will be new business sales and will include:·
Contacting prospective customers·
Making outbound calls to customers·
Handling inbound inquiries. ·
Building customer relationships over the phone. ·
Order processing and database entry for new customers·
Educating customers on products.
Requirements: Strong selling skills and ability to close new business in a consistent manner and achieve sales quotas. Inside sales experience a plus. Friendly and professional phone etiquette required. Must have the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, if you have previous customer service, sales and phone experience, strong computer skills, good listening skills, and are available on Saturdays, then we’d like to hear from you! Bi-lingual candidates; proficient in English and Spanish preferred.
