Human Resources Manager

Kid Stuff Marketing is a small “family-oriented” organization with an exciting opportunity for a well qualified Human Resource Manager.  The position requires applicants to have 3-5 years management experience, a BA/BS in Human Resources or related field from an accredited university and five + years of human resources generalist experience. PHR is preferred, but not required. Applicants must have a strong background in benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, performance management, compensation management and employee recruitment.  Experience with the design, implementation and enforcement of policies/ procedures also required. Candidates must also possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various levels and functions within the organization, listening, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
